Welcome to the City of Alice Fire Rescue Department!
Welcome to the City of Alice Fire Rescue Department webpage. We hope that you find the information here useful.

The mission of the Fire Rescue Department is to protect lives and save property from fire. The City of Alice Fire Rescue Department strives to provide the citizens of Alice with the best possible fire protection possible.

We provide service to the City of Alice and approximately 485 square miles of Jim Wells County, which includes the communities of Ben Bolt, Tecalote, Bentonville, and Palito Blanco.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Alice Fire Department is to prevent and minimize the harm to our citizens, and loss of property by responding to, and displaying world class service and professionalism that our community is entitled to and one in which we expect from our firefighters.

Vision Statement
Our vision is always to remember who we serve, being held accountable for our actions, and continuing to strive for that quality of service, which will give our citizens peace of mind.

We accomplish our mission and vision through one of the three divisions with the department:

  • Operations
  • Fire Prevention-Education
